Tartan-Panel Pleated Skirt

Description
A black pleated skirt wrapped in bands of red tartan. White crosses and grey motifs are scattered across the black ground, with white paint splatter layered on top, so there is a lot going on in the best way. A studded red-tartan belt sits at the waist with silver chains swinging from it, and red topstitching runs along the pleats. The hem is cut raw and asymmetric, loose threads left hanging. It packs the punk-meets-gothic world of Naoto Hirooka's h.NAOTO into one piece. Red against black, and it easily takes centre stage.
