Shaggy-Trim Hooded Coat

Description
It starts with the trim: long, shaggy pile running around the hood opening and both cuffs. The coat itself is solid black, closing with a zip layered under toggle fastenings, with zip-mouthed flap pockets at the hips whose flaps carry ornate metal buttons. The real draw is the hem, cut into pointed panels that hang in jagged, asymmetric tips front and back. The length reaches the knee, so those points get plenty of room to show. Hood up, the shaggy edge frames the face in shadow: a hooded coat with a properly dark mood.
