An off-white stand-collar shirt with a ruffle circling the neck. Pleated frills run down the front placket to the chest, and double-tiered ruffles spill from the cuffs. Gathered, full sleeves and a longer body give it a sweeping, dramatic presence — the standing frill collar and roomy drape are what make this one.
