Description
The hem is the hook: it drops into two pointed tails that end in small knots, like drips. The top is black and buttons down the front with a row of small black buttons, while fine lettuce-edge ruffles run along the neckline, cuffs and every edge of the hem. A waist seam lets the lower body kick out like a peplum, and the bell sleeves widen toward the wrist. The soft, stretchy cut-and-sew fabric follows the body closely through the chest, leaving the hem free to do all the talking.
