Description
Layer after layer of deep red, lustrous fabric spills down into an uneven, pointed handkerchief hem. The waist is a black yoke with two buttoned tabs hanging at the front, and between them a cascade of ruffles ripples down the centre. One side carries a black eyelet lace-up panel finished with long trailing cords, and the back waist is elasticated. Red against black, with that jagged hem in motion: a skirt with real drama.
